Shipping Policy

Processing time to make your products from scratch will take 2 – 5 business days after your payment is received and accepted. Business days neither include weekends nor federal holidays.

Shipping in the United States will be shipped based on customer preference via FedEx, DHL, UPS, USPS priority mail, or USPS First Class Mail and a tracking number will be sent to you via email. Packages should arrive within 1-3 business days after being shipped – please check your tracking number 24 hrs after it is sent to you.

International packages will be shipped via USPS First Class Mail International, DHL, UPS or FedEx and tracking information will be provided for shipment. Urban Natural Wellness is NOT responsible for any duties/taxes/GST/PST/HST fees placed upon the items arriving to your location/destination.

Urban Natural Wellness is NOT responsible for lost or stolen packages after the delivery has already been made and confirmed by the ANY courier service. In these cases, the customer is responsible for contacting the designated courier service  and submitting a claim for their packages that were lost or stolen. Urban Natural Wellness will neither provide a refund nor send new products if the shipment’s tracking number has been confirmed and delivered to the address.

In instances of items opening and spilling during shipment, please take a picture showing damaged products and send it to urbannaturalwellness@gmail.com.

In cases where the package is returned to sender, due to incorrect shipping information, the buyer will need to shoulder the shipping cost for a replacement package. However, if the buyer prefers a refund, there will be a 40% restocking fee because all products are handmade per order and the products will be destroyed.

If you are requesting a signature confirmation – please indicate in the notes section during checkout or email us at: urbannaturalwellness@gmail.com. Signature confirmation will cost the customer an additional $3.00 and a separate PayPal invoice will be sent to the customer’s email address. Packages will not ship until payment is received for signature confirmation.

In the event that we inaccurately ship the wrong package or ship to the wrong address, we will provide a return label so you can ship it back to us or ship new products to the correct address. Once dropped in the mail or processing facility, please send us an update via email so we can ship out the correct package. Until this has happened, we will not ship out another package.
